3/4 of our live

It'll be Cris's birthday in less than 10 minutes, and as i know she'll eventually read this, Happy birthday meine liebe!! and sorry im missing the party tonight. Im super tired.
Regarding yesterday, i loved it. Seriously, i had an awesome time talking and finding out we're pretty much going thru the same stuff, in some aspects.
And knowing you are happy for me and my new interest for someone that i so much needed. Cause as we said, it doesnt matter if it ends in nothing. It's worth it, for all the smiles.

You've been present in my blog since the beggining but i guess it was time to dedicate you a whole post. Despite it's a lot less than you deserve for all this time and always being there for me.

chivalry is not dead

Despite some unfortunate events, like getting lunch all over my backpack because the tupperware it was in didnt close properly, and despite being stressed with school and specially the circuits simulator that i dont know how to do and should be finished by next thurday, yesterday was a happy day.
Cause it started just great. And continued being good.

I might be getting over thrilled about something i shouldnt pay much attention to, but i cant help it. I think im falling for a kid.
I feel like im back in high school, when a look meant everything and I was never hopeless.

Spring is doing me good.

jo <3 l'alt emporda

Im back.
Easter break has been fun, but i thought it'd be better or at least different. A last minute plan which involved a friend of my sister coming, changed everything. I was really irritated when i found out about this (a few hours before we were leaving) and a lot more, if possible, at the actual time of our departure. The extra weigh and specially, the extra laugage that we were carrying didnt leave any room for my rollerblades, and we had to place some bags on the back seat, so we could hardly move during the over 7 hour drive.
But with that initial anger overcome i cheered up and face the 10 day vacation at the beach differently.
Things were fine and better than i thought they'd be at first, but there were also times that i'd rather it was just my family and i there. Probably the main reason being that my sister as much as she can be awesome to be with can be a mean bitch when beeing around friends.
Anyway, other than some regarding this visitor and my sister's bitchy mood, i have no complaints as most of the things i wanted to do were done and i had a good time.
I went to see V for Vendetta the night before we left (wow, wow, wow, i loved the movie!!) and I bought a long sleeve black and pink billabong rash guard with a good discount on wednesday. I've always had it in mind short sleeve but the one i got was the cheapest and the prettiest.
I went to run by the seashore a few days and swimming afterwards despite the water was incredibly cold. Ive tanned a bit. :)
I cant wait to go back. I love that place.

But now its time to go back to books, school and java. I really do not feel like it.
And as for now, dinner and CSI.

ugly insides

My knee is ugly on the inside.
Oh, but yours too.

I got the results today, and the inform says there's nothing wrong with the meniscus or kneecap.
It says something about the tibia and an edema and post-traumatic whatever.
Thruth is I couldnt really understand the paper cause its full of weird technical words, but im certain that it says the menicus are fine.
More info on the 21st, the next and probably last appointment with a doctor for a long time.

Till then, easter break, beach, java and other 3 subjects of this quarter.

I gotta go watch V for Vendetta.
Oh, and rent Saw I and II and burn them. Everyone keeps saying i should watch them.
And buy a football. One of those 5 euro ones they have at Decathlon.
And look for a rashguard next week.

On a totally unrelated subject, my mom surprised me last night by saying she's gonna start a linux course at the office. Thumbs up for geek-mom!

new love

Im half 'ubuntized'. In fact, less than a quarter, but it's better than nothing.

The are still a couple of minor things to deal with, basically making it better looking by changing icons and themes but all ive seen so far is awesome. I can even watch episodes 11 and 14 from The OC 3rd season, which has been literally impossible in Windows.
The only thing that pisses me off is not being able to get online via wifi due to the encryption my router is using, wpa. I might just get it to work with wep if i cant manage to configure as it is right now. Or i'll simply connect via Ethernet untill i get it to work.

We'll see. We'll see.
