snow trip

It's probably about time to write about the snow trip, for whoever might be interested and havent heard any of the stories yet.
The first thing i'll say is: it's been great. Specially the first 3 days, despite the bad weather. And quite eventful also.
We arrived in Jaca on Sunday around 5 and spent the evening playing Trivial and Cranium till it was time to go to dinner.
Monday, Astun, first day of snowboard, and the worst possible weather. Wind, snow and fog. But fun.
At night we played Pictionary and because us girls lost against the boys and we had a bet, we had to go to the room next to ours to ask for shampoo after dinner, wearing only a towel.
Tuesday, more snowboard, good weather and more board games.
Wednesday, for me the best day of the week, unless till Ana broke her arm. :( The weather was bag again and the fact that Ana got injured sucked ass, but till that happened i had an awesome time.
Thursday and Friday werent so great. First cause we went to a different resort, Candanchu, which i didnt like at all and second cause Ana wasn't there.
Anyway, it was still fun. Falling flat on my face 50% of the times i tried to take a poma lift, whether at the begining or half way up, while Migui shouted from behind "bend down a bit more or you'll fall!, lean more weigh on your front leg!, take your back foot off the board and try to gain balance again!".

Stupid resort without chair lifts for most of blue trails.
Chair lifts are also harder to get on and off from wearing a board instead of skies, and despite a hit on the head by one of those things that resulted in a visit to the hospital first thing i did when i got back (parents can be super neurotic) im a bigger fan of the flying chairs.
Seriously, those poma lifts are evil.

Tired of writing.
More to come, maybe. Probably not.

this is the point where i want to give up ...

... and the point where i think I won't surrender just yet and I'll give it one more shot.
Even if it keeps causing more sorrow than joy I'll put my heart and soul into it.
Let's defeat fustration.
Let's not think about failure.
Let's, at least, try.

One last time.

end of exams. time to celebrate.

This is what went on last night. Pretty much like last friday to be honest, but a lot better without the thought of "omg, i gotta study tomorrow".
All night at the same damn bar, with the same dreadful music, but an awesome time nonetheless.

On a different note, Samu, I hate you.
Yes, cause that strawberry pop is AWFUL. It tastes like medicine. Augmentine to be precise, and i hated it with all my heart as a kid.

Now, for the aussie, cause i wont be home on the 23rd:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! :* :* :* :*

bloody valentine

Ex-boyfriend is being ultra nice lately.
Texting a lot and wanting to hang out.
Best friends said he wants booty. I'm starting to believe them.
The thing is, do i want to hook up? With him? Again?

The over 4 hour exam this morning was criminal.

Listening: The Classic Crime - The fight.

Silverstein show was AMAZING. Those guys rocked the shit. Their setlist wasnt too long, as they were just opening, but it was worth every cent of the ticket. Best band/thing of the night. I hadnt had so much fun in a show for a long time (not counting Taste of Chaos cause that was out of this world). And that, despite the hysterical teenagers screaming and crying (no joke) for Simple Plan, showing up cards that read "I want to fuck you" or "I'm addicted to you". It was worse than a BSB show. Worse cause those girls call themselfs punks.
And thank god it wasn't an all ages show, cause we wouldnt have had the chance to see Silverstein properly.
It was unbelievable. The venue was half empty and it was hard to breath among the crowd. Every girl pushing to be one centimeter closer to their idols, and calling us names when we started to enjoy the only rock band that played that night.
Of course we run away from the hysteria and watched Simple Plan from the back, which was also fun. At least till Hugo was kicked off the venue.
I have nothing against Simple Plan, actually I own they're first cd and like it pretty much (although i like they're old band, Reset, better), but the fans? Give me a break. I cant stand that.

Listening: Hawthorne Heights - Language lessons.

dellamorte dellamore

I cant believe i've missed the show tonight.
Sorry Harek, and specially, sorry John cause i missed your first and only show with DD.

In case i cant drive you to the airport tomorrow, have a save flight back home. And good luck touring the states with your new band.
Hopefully soon i'll have the money to go visit you and Manny in NJ. Super-sized pizza and supper-sized soda pop.
And helium balloons.

Not much else to say other than that i'm thrilled about Silverstein show on wednesday and that im still bruised and scratched from the huge fight i had the other day with my sister. Probably the worst fight we've had and also about the stupidest thing. But, oh, was it fun to compare bruises and marks afterwards! We still laught about it.

Now back to what's keeping me away from all the fun. Exams.

Listening: Fall Out Boy - Sugar, we're going down.
