between magnets

I've got the MRI done this morning and oh was it boring! 30 minutes without moving a bit. Might sound easy, but its not really. There was a tv screen showing cartoons (shin chan) but i was lying and couldn't reach to see it. No big deal though, i hate that show.
The results will be ready next wednesday.

There was a robotics contest today at uni. Pepevi asked me to go last night, and i would've liked to, it's probably been really fun, but i was too tired to go to class today. I just had a bit over 3 hours of sleep last night. I'll have to ask how it was.
Class, and uni in general, is being fun this quarter. Stressing, but fun nonetheless.

The second part of java's program is out. Time to start it.

2 truths 1 lie

After 2 years and half in college and going to it's library every now and then i've just found out the second floor is awesome. It doesnt only have books for class but also geeky magazines and what it's most important... novels! Too bad they're not available in english. Anway, im getting Dune by Frank Herbert as soon as i finish American Psycho, which i just bought yesterday.

On different news, and taken from Liam:

1. In an entry, tell everyone TWO TRUTHS and ONE LIE about yourself.
2. Nominate as many people as you want to do the same.
3. Noters, guess which facts are true! Diarists, reveal your answer in your next entry.

Here are my 3 things:

1. I know certain pages of my favorite book by heart.
2. I can touch the tip of my nose with my tongue.
3. Ive ridden a camel in a desert.

Whoever wants to do this can nominate themselves.

After a few hours of proofreading and commenting, we're done with the first part of this quarter's java program.
Hooray!

I owe Victor big time.

aarrr!

I found a bag of skittles in a kitchen drawer, next to a plastic jar full of sugus and other candy.
I didnt know there were skittles left.

I feel like a pirate that's just dig up a valuable trasure.

System.out.print("sniff sniff")

Im sad.
Maybe because today was exhausting and im ultra tired with still loads of work to do for tuesday.
Or because of that brief conversation i had with Pablo about being alone that just came to mind.
It's way depressing.

Anyway, im off to bed. Java can wait.
Well, it doesnt.
Whatever.

can you see me? im jumping! hello!!

Ive been seeing my parents thru this webcam, placed where they bought the new house.(Nice place, eh?)
My dad called exclusively to tell me they were out so i could turn on the comp and look at them.
The bad thing is that the image takes forever to refresh (about five minutes) so i missed him waving and jumping.
He's so awesome.

Tweety, happy St. You!!

oh doctor, doctor

The visit to the doctor wasnt as bad as i was expecting, but it did hurt a bit.
He told me to get a MRI done and go back to see what it is exactly that i have. Possibly something with the meniscus or the kneecap. We'll see.

I got home after class to find a package waiting in the mailbox. ;)
Thank you so so so much. I love the leather cuff.
Oh, and I can. Can you?

Im off to bed.
Another day of constant programming tomorrow.
Robot.IT!! yay!
Sumo time!!

a sad day, a sad look, a sad smile.

Ive just noticed what day is today.
9th March.
Its been a year.
A year.
It feels like it was yesterday when i got the bad news from Ashley.

I cant help but regret not having gone over sooner.
Nor (semi)cry everytime i think about she's gone.

I remember this one day us 3 were talking and i said "If i had lost someone i love i would make myself believe in heaven. I'd need to think they hadnt stopped existing but that they're somewhere else, and they're fine".
Well, sometimes i look up and belive she's there. Cause I need to. Even if its not true.

Today is a very sad day.

miles

The worst thing about distance is that when a friend is broken you cant even give him a hug.
We need a smaller world.
Or better technologies.

Im sad. I want you to smile.

if i go crazy...

Cheer up, Mr L.
*hugs*

I miss talking to you. Heaps.
Everytime i say "heaps" it reminds me of you.

HEAPS.

Im mentally singing "Kriptonite".

robot.IT

What a day of programming.
First 2 hours in class, then 2 more with the robots. Those Lego Mindstorms are fun.
Truth is that our bot (Jimmy, as Pablo decided to call it) didnt work as expected in the area where it was supposed to work, tho it worked perfectly on the tryouts, most of the time.
Truth, also, that it didnt bother me a bit, cause i had a great time and learned some stuff, and thats all i was looking for.
More next tuesday. Cant wait.
(Samu, you should've joined us. Think about it for next week. You're still welcome in our group. Despite you like that awful strawberry drink and dont mind the dubbing of the OC).

On a different note, my knee's giving me a hard time. It wont stop hurting. Yes, at last, after over a year, i decided its time to pay the doctor a visit. I hope the guy in white is nice to me.

dub dub

The O.C. in spanish is terrible.
Worse than the dubbing in Garden State.

But maybe all dubbings are bad and the only thing with these two is that ive always seen them in original version, unlike other shows and movies.
