narrow escape

I almost got hit by a car this morning.
I was distracted and only looked one side before coming out between two cars, so my fault for that, but the guy was going waaaay too fast, so his fault for that.
The thing is that i almost got hit by a car (in front of the emergecy door of an hospital, how cool is that?) and a woman who was right behing me and saw everything came towards me saying: "oh my god, you scared me! you almost got hit!" To wich i replied with a simple: "yeah, that was close! hehe" and kept on walking like nothing happened.
She probably thought i was crazy, but i was just distracted. And shocked.
The guy had to swerve and probably swore and honked but i didnt notice cause, as i said, i was distracted and kept on walking like nothing happened.

What an amusing incident.

happy pumpkin pie!

I started my day wearing my Maple Leafs hoodie and drinking french vanilla. Then my cell beeped reminding me it was thanksgiving in Canada, i thought "how appropiate" and left for class with a smile. Feeling very canadian on the inside.

Im making pie this weekend to celebrate.

stupefied

I feel alone. And confused. Very, very confused.
Im the master in (unintentionally) getting myself into the most absurd situations. Then when it comes to knowing how to get out of them or how to act, Im clueless and speechless.
But in the first place, how can something casual turn into something so messed up? Are people screwed or is it me?
In my opinion, there's no need to make things complicated.

Im tired of doubting and questioning myself.
