You know... I may be davil's advocate, but I don't think it's someting bigger than you. You can. You do. It's just a matter of motivation and time.
Anyway, It's also a matter of being comfortable with yuorself. If you feel WAY better changing lanes and trying someting else, then don't think about it all that much. Yes, you may always regret, but waddayaknow? Life's all filled with choices like this. And you know what? You rarely regret them. I've told you so in private conversations ;)
